The planned forum on “Housing Mobility and Education: Improving the Transition to New Communities and Schools” is co-sponsored by the Baltimore Regional Housing Campaign and the Poverty & Race Research Action Council (PRRAC). It is being held in concert with an innovative regional housing mobility program in Baltimore that is part of a court-ordered housing desegregation remedy in Thompson v. HUD.
