Program Description:
There is a need to develop programs that engage youth, the
community, and organizations to work in partnership to build
safe, healthy and sustainable communities. The Baltimore Full
Partners (Maryland Cooperative Extension-Baltimore City 4-H,
Fellowship of Lights Youth and Community Services, and The
Safe and Sound Campaign for Children and Youth) collaborate
to strengthen Baltimore City communities through partnerships
and increased opportunities for youth. This comprehensive
leadership development program involves 40 youth and 30
community volunteers.
